Direct email is the fastest way. No contact form gauntlet, no "please fill out 12 fields" routing. One inbox, one human, real response time.

Bug reports, feature requests, mode suggestions, weird AI behavior. Include the chat mode and rough time so I can find it in logs if needed.
Contract or project work where the scope is clear and the autonomy is real. Tell me what you're building and where you're stuck.
Most emails get a response within 48 hours. If the subject contains "urgent" or "repair," I aim for same day. If you don't hear back within 72 hours, check spam. Resend or ping me on GitHub if it's still missing.
I can tell when a message is templated and so can you. If you're not sure if your message qualifies, it probably does. Send it.
